The Flemington Lab At Tulane University

The Flemington lab focuses on how the Epstein Barr virus (EBV) remodels the host cell environment during latency and lytic replication and how these alterations support the viral infection cycle and lead to EBV associated cancers and autoimmune diseases.
Erik Flemington is a Tulane Cancer Center Program Member (Genes X Environment) and Director of the Tulane Cancer Center Next Generation Sequence Bioinformatics Core. Both his lab and the Core are located in the Louisiana Cancer Research Center (LCRC).
